Dear Customer,
You may have noticed that you're receiving Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) notifications from Way Back. We've been a leader in the Credit Recovery market for over 30 years. We want to clarify the reason behind these notifications and ensure you're fully informed.
What is DDA?
DDA is a bill payment method. This feature allows users to view all bills issued to their CPF or CNPJ, eliminating the need for paper copies. When you receive a bill via DDA, you can authorize or deny payment through your bank, and payment cannot be made without your authorization.
In your case, the debts are being processed by Way Back because you have outstanding amounts with one or more of our customers, the creditors.
It's important to note that the debts are not with Way Back itself, but rather with the creditors who entrusted the recovery of these amounts to our company. You will be able to see the name of your creditor on the invoice.
Why are you receiving DDA from Way Back:
- The bills are received via DDA because you enabled this option in your bank.
- Way Back acts as an intermediary in the recovery of these amounts, acting on behalf of our clients to help them regularize their financial situation.
It is important to highlight that the bill received via DDA is only paid after payment authorization given by the person responsible for the account and the amounts are never debited “automatically”.
We are committed to helping you resolve your debts fairly and transparently. If you need more information or assistance, please contact us through our channels: (11) 3525-8784 and mercantil@wayback.com.br.
Best regards, Way Back Team
