The date&nbsp;<strong>celebrates women&#039;s achievements and reinforces the fight for gender equality.<\/strong>&nbsp;Among the challenges faced, the following stand out:&nbsp;<strong>wage male-dominated,&nbsp;<strong>such as technology, engineering and finance, low female participation is evident.<\/strong>&nbsp;Furthermore,&nbsp;<strong>wage inequality persists<\/strong>, with women obstacle. In 2013,&nbsp;<strong>women earned 26.3% less than men.<\/strong>&nbsp;Today,&nbsp;<strong>occupy 48.1% of the vacancies<\/strong>, while men, 68.3%.
